I’m shutting down comments. People are just being mean and I’m having to delete personal attack comments. It’s an amazing game and everyone on the team is very proud of it. Play it or don’t play it but don’t ruin it for everyone else. I won’t be posting anymore about the game on my blog. The joy of sharing has been driven from me.

Honestly, having played MI1 & MI2 on release, I can’t get used to the graphic style at all
MI:2 was one of the games that set the bar for pixel art I think. But MI:3/4 both had radically different styles.
Personally I dont have an opinion yet I’ll wait to see if there is a demo or something. I helped with the kickstarter to tim schareffers broken age, but never ended up finishing the game - because although the visuals were not radical, It didnt grab me and I dont know how much that was down to the game and how much was nostalgia / change in tastes.
just in general this has been an incredible week of gamer entitlement. this is also happening to the God of War devs
Gamers and comics fans are among the most infantile. I feel fortunate so far lemmyverse seems to be free of this.
