It’d be a good idea for easy consistency. In fact, I’m making one right now in the rec file format.
The recutils format would be best suited to this task.

I’m not super familiar with the concept. it sounds interesting. Can you expound on how a database of metadata can help us?
Currently, information about communist parties are all over the place.
In an updated database, info of communist parties can easily and (automatically) be retrieved.
There could be a database of data on communist parties.
Ooooh, okay, cool! That sounds like itd be very helpful and I’ve thought of something like that, but I really had no idea how it could be done.
