    Really? Will the US be independent manufacturer of lithium batteries now. Will it compete with china ?

    The endangered animals and indigenous sacred lands are as good as gone under the current oligarchy. :(

      No they still need it. Cars/houses might be using newer stuff. But that kids toy is still good need lithium

      We could have been using super/ultra capacitors fo years now, but the battery industry is claiming a lack of energy density over the toxicity and deleterious effects on ecology/human life of lithium products. Not a trade in my opinion, but they’ll chant that mantra to all of our graves.
