I highly recommend to not do that. You can write some of your current policies but not current interactions.

When technologies like BCI, brain-computer interfaces are made, one can literally track and influence, physically influence signals in your brain. Everything subtle, strong, horrific, good, bad, or any other adjective you can think of comes from that brain.

In today’s world where everything is recorded for a possible time of rest of your life, it is important to write what will work in your best interests. If you must write, you should definitely leave out extreme attractions or enmities as those will definitely give you problems. Put everything casually.

I’m not sure I follow. Are you saying that someone will use whatever you write down against you in the future?

If you’ll become someone important, someone surely will. If not, might happen. Not me, the writer.

Reading books. It’s a completely different experience from consuming media online or watching shows. I think that books are a unique medium for communicating ideas, and it’s tragic that reading long form narratives is becoming less common.

Absolutely. Most non-fiction books I’ve read averaged about 9 hours for me to complete. 9 hours listening to an expert is such a trivial investment compared to a lifetime of half-baked speculation on a topic one doesn’t really understand. In 9 hours an expert can provide proper context, break down complex topics, and they have the space to fully explain their perspective and the stories that brought them to it.

The only content as informative and concise as a good book is a good lecture.

Why eat a clove of garlic on an empty stomch?

Garlic has several health benefits, such as boosting immunity and being nature’s nutritious own antibiotic and antioxidant. This isn’t of course 100 % confirmed, but eating garlic should work best when eaten on an empty stomach, it should be good for the gut.

  • Become gut biome aware and learn how to protect it, and strengthen it as poor gut health has a lot of down stream health effects on mood, sleep, concentration, anxiety and so much more.
