    Note how everything got larger but the cargo bed, which, ironically, used to be the key point of pickup trucks.

    Oh cool, fediverse cross-posting in action.

    I hadn’t seen a good scale of the newer cars, when people said it was hard to see young children, I wasn’t thinking “you need to be 15 or older to cross this road”.

    I just cannot believe stuff like this exists on this planet. Yea, I watched the NJB video, I even saw one Ford this size on the streets IRL. I just still cannot believe what I see - and how that car in the foreground looks like a toy compared to the other one!

        @jakob It’s crazier when they try to park their cars. Municipalities here also try to build more parking lots at the expense of green spaces and sometimes sidewalks. Once one of these climbed one wheel on such a narrowed sidewalk. I can recall it was one of the few times I was not the only one infuriated by a situation like this…

          @petrescatraian

          Oh, i HATE them. All of them.

          I’m afraid of, when sidewalks would be made smaller, bikelanes and public-transport lines are canceld in case of wider space for this fucking cars…

            @jakob Thing is, they do not try to see how they can improve mobility, they try to fluidize traffic (car traffic ofc) - so that cars can go quicker. After all, you all do have a car though, right? /s
