Agree 100%. I’m a media director in a mid-size agency and saw similar results in a test campaign we did. Bounce rate was 97.1% on traffic coming from Reddit. It’s so high I wouldn’t put it past them if it was just bot traffic.

More interesting to me would be the video completion rate. It’s ridiculous to claim two seconds as a video view. Their VCR is probably less than 10% of the people that start to watch. Most of his tv audience was too lazy or asleep to change the channel but on Twitter it’s just a matter of swiping your finger across the screen.
I’m not sure what performance limitations significantly hinder the experience or make it unacceptable? It’s been fine for me ~95% of the time and definitely worth playing.
I think Twitter is tanking because of Twitter. Remains to be seen if Threads has any legs or if it will be the next Google+, Periscope, Meerkat, etc.
That’s a beautiful quilt top.
Fuck this guy.
I have not read a single good thing about Threads. I had no idea it was even a thing until they bombarded us with news on the media about its launch. I think it’s going to be as memorable as Google + or Hi5.
Still has a long way to go before life is affordable again.
