    After reading through most of the judgement, that doesn’t sound unreasonable. The defendant had a history of accepting grain contracts sent via text and accepted with responses like “looks good”, “ok”, and “yup”. Those contracts were completed successfully. So a contract accepted with a 👍 is just as reasonable as the other contracts.

    If I had to guess at the real reason he tried to back out: flax was trading at $41 / bushel when delivery was due, but the contract was for $17 / bushel.
