Just going to mention this story again. I was looking for a religious study thing for my kids (trying to vaccinate them against the mind virus) and an ex Catholic friend of mine came pretty close to threatening me when she thought I was going to send them to CCD. She got near tears talking about getting beaten during those classes and it took me a bit to calm her down.

For the record I was thinking something like UU comparative religion.
