    This is insane. The company markets itself and its token like it’s working on behalf of XRP holders

    Edit: so I RTFA. The decision does call XRP an unregistered security but says that open market purchases are not investment contracts.

    I think this sets up the exchanges as being sellers of unregistered securities.
