    If I were a billionaire I would bribe him to do something good. He wanted a billion dollars to get rid of environmental protections, would he take a billion to ban oil and gas?

      Apparently he only takes bribes to do evil things.

      It would be too easy for a prosecutor to show quid pro quo otherwise.
