I hope he tears it up over there.
As much as I love Billy, I thought his requests to play more were a bit absurd. I wasn’t sure what team would give him the minutes he felt he deserves. This makes so much more sense for all parties involved.
There were times when Jaxson was playing poorly and JV was totally gassed where I couldn’t understand why Willie Green didn’t put him in. He’s not a world-beater, but I thought there were specific spots where him not eating up a minute or two didn’t makes sense to me.
The rotations last year were all kinda wack. Never closing a game with JV was an insane decision. JVs misuse last year really bummed me out.
Big Willy Style shouted out NOLA today on his Twitter. I’m glad he landed on his feet. Always seemed like a good dude.
