    What the fuck.

He has been chastised for calling opposing counsel a “fucktard” in court, and was accused of performing the “mangina” in front of employees—a crude act in a which he lowered his underwear, “tucked his penis between his legs, and waddled around the office.”

Pro tip, if you’re rich enough to be able to afford psych meds, don’t stop taking them.

He just watched Californication and thought “you know what?! I’m in a mood today, let’s perform the mangina, that will cheer me right up”

Cool, start forfeiture proceedings on his properties or a freeze on all his accounts and assets until they are paid. The courts do this to people all the time.

wow that sounds very contemptuous of the court if only there was some sort of law or regulation about holding contempt for the court he could be jailed for maybe they could call it “being a big stupid idiot and not doing what the court says”

The guy is literally called “Alki”. In my language, that’s a short form for calling someone an alcoholic…

Also, note that this saga has been going on for a while already. Here’s an article from 2021 about this, also from the Daily Beast: https://www.thedailybeast.com/disgraced-billionaire-alki-david-says-he-faked-his-way-onto-the-rich-lists

It looks like it’s taking the courts quite some time to demonstrate that their judgment has any teeth when going against rich folk.
