    “Driver kills a cyclist. Again”.

Journalists, please stop the bullshit passive voice. It is “Shooter kills kid”, not “Kid struck by bullet”.

Theres a chance he might have been one of those “the rules don’t apply to me so I’ll speed through a red light and just take the chance I’ll be tboned by a car, as long as I keep my speed its worth it!” Type cyclist. I’m sorry but not every car that kills a cyclist is immediately the drivers or cars fault. Some people think they are invincible and find out very quickly they aren’t.

If you had read the linked article, you’d know that this was an overtaking crash, and 100% the driver’s fault.
