Once they crossed the threshold there were men in the bathroom. If they want to uphold the law* they should have arrested each other.

    * as I understand it, it isn’t even a law in that jurisdiction, so as everyone has already pointed out this whole thing is a bunch of bullshit

So, I have to ask a real question, and I want to take the trans issue off the table.

Is there a reason why they would care if someone from the “wrong” gender used a bathroom? Like why are we clutching pearls here? Do they think that if someone goes in the wrong bathroom, they will peek or sexually assault someone? We already have laws around that.

What’s next? People can only pee facing forward, but have to turn around and face backwards to poop? It’s dumb.

Edit: I understand that this is just an escalation of BS politics. I am trying to understand the argument so that I can formulate a strong argument against it.

I hope she sues them for at least six figures. That’s about the only way anything will change.

If you boot the LGBT+ community out of the restrooms, we can always pee on your eggs when we need to go.

Everyone with half a brain saw this coming as a direct result of trans discrimination. But I’m sure the cops will tell us how the potential of stopping a “man” from peeing in the wrong place is worth all “butch” women losing the right for privacy and the right to be innocent until proven without any reasonable doubt to be guilty.

They are literally trying convince us that we should give up basic human rights because maybe bathrooms are used by the “wrong” sex.

The majority of anti trans people also feel threatened by LBG people. This is a bonus and completely intentional that people like this person suffer as well.

This is why the entire community has to stick together if appealing to their sense of common fairness doesn’t.

Also a reminder because I haven’t seen any reporting lately, women in red states are dying horrible deaths for the crime of being pregnant. Also because of propaganda.

I’m starting to detect a trend here. But I just can’t quite put my finger on it.

the most stupid logical flaw about this (it has multiple) is that womens restrooms are stalls only, so there is no way ppl would even notice.

Oh it’s not a matter of affordability.

Our stalls have giant gaps specifically so people can see inside the stall. You might be doing drugs in there!

yeah, but ppl are not supposed to peek and if they do, it’s their fault if they feel offended and i doubt they’ll alert anyone about anything that could also spotlight their indecent behaviour.
