This would be great for the US. With VW reviving “Rabbit” for small cars and “Scout” for smaller trucks, this could be part of the plan - revive interest via nostalgia.

Automakers have collectively lost their fucking minds so I don’t expect this to be obtainable for under 60k. If it happens at all for US market.
