Russia’s Ministry of Labour has requested 230,000 certificates for family members of deceased combat veterans and over 750,000 certificates for combat veterans, which is several times more than before (such documents are to certify that a person took part in combat – ed.).

I’m sure Ukraine has lots on their hands, but if they were able to, it might be good to make sure deceased Russians were well documented with information made available so these claims could be facilitated. If I am understanding this correctly.
That would seem to tally up pretty closely to the Russian casualty numbers that the Ukrainians have been regularly reporting, right?
