Former NWA World Champion Nick Aldis will make his official WWE TV debut tonight, PWInsider.com has learned.
Aldis will be portraying an authority figure for the Smackdown brand going forward, which means he’s likely signed with the company.
It is possible this is the Triple H announcement tonight, but we have not confirmed that.
Aldis has been working of late as a Producer for WWE.
Man, I hate that Adam won’t be on both shows, he has really knocked it out of the park in this role, but I look forward to seeing what Aldis can do. Wonder if WWE gives him a WWE name like they did to Mike Bennett.
Mike Bennett just ended up with his wife’s last name, and she was there with him. Mickie is still in Impact, so Nick is probably safe from that.

Fair play if that’s what he wants to do, but that feels like a very Nothing role for someone who can still go.
