Yeah the only thing they could potentially do with AI that could justify even a fraction of the valuation these companies have would be turning the AIs into ad pitchmen. The thing is, this was tried and failed via the agents (Alexa, etc). The excitement I guess is that a slicker and smoother chatbot could come up with better and more pernicious copy.
