    Does the US actually ‘own’ the ISS enough to do that? I thought it was internationally run

      Nope, NASA is cooperatively invested with the European Space Agency, Canadian Space Agency, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, and Roscosmos (Russia).

      There is a legal framework that covers all this. Whether dipshit Donnie and fElon and their lapdog government acknowledge that is another matter entirely.

          Guessing that fElon would rush-job the Dragon deorbit capsule SpaceX is developing. Which would probably end up with the ISS cratering in a populated area.
