Peorians came out in droves yesterday as part of the coordinated nationwide Hands-Off protests. A crowd 400 strong showed up and stretched along one of the cities busiest roads and said NO to this fascist regime! We the people will fight like hell to save democracy! Let’s keep up the momentum! With mass boycotts and work strikes and protests we can hit our oligarchical ruling class right where it hurts, and take our power back!
How did it go? That’s deep in red country, I grew up about an hour west of there, lots of Trump followers.
It went well! It’s surrounded by red, but Peoria city itself is much bluer than you’d think!
