How are you supposed to synchronise the packaging of medication that comes in different quantities … and can only be bought just before the current repeat runs out according to the first time it was dispensed?

I’m seemingly at the pharmacy every other week and frankly I’m sick and tired of it.

Help! Any life hacks I should be aware of?

If you’re in the US, you may be eligible for mail pharmacies. Your insurance company may have one they prefer that is also cheaper than pharmacy. There’s also cost plus drugs which does mail order for pretty cheap on generics at least. Otherwise I’d say best bet is to talk to the pharmacist they may be able to finagle an adjustment to the timing if they call the insurer.

I use Amazon pharmacy. It is godawful convenient. I’m on a lot of different meds. A month’s worth arrives in the mail. It’s a spool of individual packets marked with the date and time to take it.
