For reference, Titus 2:5 per my quick Google search:
to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled. 5 to live wisely and be pure, to work in their homes, to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands. Then they will not bring shame on the word of God.
The further back in Christian history the more you find. Makes you wonder what about the motivations of James and Peter were. I can only think of three reasons to run a cult and two of them aren’t applicable to them.
