I’d guess not too; I was looking for that huge deposit in [iirc] the Faron depths, next to a leviathan rib cage with horriblins in it, only to be deeply [heh] disappointed to see it was still gone even after a handful of blood moons

I really hope they do respawn at some point, I was worried that the large deposits would be replaced with smaller ones after they’re fully mined
