    That’s not what I said, and it’s obviously much more nuanced than that. Cars and car-reliant infrastructure have problems that can be addressed in- or outside of a mostly capitalist system.

    There are also obvious problems with capitalism that have nothing to do with cars, but exacerbate problems in all sorts of areas (i.e. not capturing negative environmental externalities, which is what we were discussing with road salt).
