If you are somewhat technically inclined (aka can follow instructions outlined in a README on GitHub) there is uYou. There are also forks of uYou that add in additional features, but uYou is a good app to start with
You’ll also be introduced to the world of sideloading, so that will be fun. It is very limited on iOS tho
