    This is also what they’re going to say about our extremely limited current understanding of the universe in a few thousand years (if we get that far). One thing faith does get right is that while you should always strive for meaning and answers, you do need a way to find peace with what you will never know and what you will never have control over. Historically that’s been done through religion, but its far from the only solution. The only truly stupid thing is assuming we know it all.

      That’s not what faith does though. It forces meaning where there is none. That’s not finding peace with it, that’s denial.
