I think I kinda noticed too, I suspect it could be because some of the CGI 3Dish background panning look jittery in 24FPS because I’m used to playing 3D video games in 60 or 120FPS lol
Was not noticable for a majority of the episode and did not bother me much in any case.

Right. Even I’m playing at 120 fps and this somehow catches my attention.
