The story about NBC this morning is NOT that they now say the insurrectionist they hired, former RNC Chairman Ronna McDaniel, is not going to appear on their cable network.
The story about NBC this morning IS that the insurrectionist they hired has now appeared on their flagship Sunday news program and is using the network to spout revisionist disinformation to the American public.
@mastodonmigration@mastodon.online A bit of a correction. NBC hired her, and presumably she will appear on NBC shows. The president of MSNBC which is subordinate to NBC itself and shares some personnel but runs as a separate channel, announced that McDaniel will not appear on THAT channel.
That’s probably not enough to restrict a boycott only to NBC shows and still watch MSNBC, but I think it needed to be clarified in the interests of accuracy.
