Misogyny is at the heart of these attempts to regulate women’s bodies: the right wing is determined to control female sexuality and, at the same time, punish women for it.
Worse than that, no-one could follow all the commandments of the bible for the pure simplicity that the book of vile darkness has mutually exclusive commands. For example: One cannot kill apostates (Deuteronomy 13:7-12) and not murder (Exodus 20:13). At least in any modern society.
No one with any self worth or dignity should try to live their life by what the “bible” says. No real human could, and it is totally full of contradictions and hypocrisy at every turn.
