Basically:

  • Onions
  • Chickpeas
  • (Canned) Tomatoes
  • Vegan Yoghurt
  • Garam Masala

Served with basmati rice

    Jerusalem salad is another that’s easy to make and delicious. Falafel and hummus, too.
