    I’m not Black, but Lol, the likelihood of a hypothetical black racist, vandal so desperate to get out their fantasized rage against poor rural whites and using the self lable of “Blacks” and also the vernacular of “rule”, which seems in about the 14-year-old white range, is so unlikely it’s pathetically obvious to everyone but this dumbass.
