        I’m not complaining about people talking about it, I’m complaining about how the response to it has mostly amounted to people trying to score political points by showing how loyal they are to their team’s position.

            I wonder if they’d have said the same to abolitionists 200 years ago…

              There have been plenty of statements from people in the Israeli government about wanting to “wipe out” Palestinians, but okay, let’s set that aside. What was it, 46% of the people Israel has killed have been children? So let’s call it the team of anti-killing children.

              The people “trying to score points for their teams position” are the ones trying to downplay the atrocity that’s happening.

    Germany going to find out the hard way that bullying people into compliance by slandering them as antisemites isn’t always going to work.
