you know movie theaters are dying when this sort of thing starts popping up two three times a week. the day they develop a cure for covid and long covid is the day movie theaters start making money again, and not a minute before in any real measure.

Thankfully I’m not an at risk person and I feel bad for those that are but no one in my friends group, coworkers, and acquaintances has mentioned concern or even acknowledged covid to me in at least a year.

it’s amazing, after all this time, people still don’t understand that without a cure for covid, and more importantly long covid, if you have lungs you’re at risk, lol, it’s incredible

At risk means you have a higher chance than normal to be affected by a certain disease.

What the focus is when you say “at risk” is factors that will increase your chances of getting covid.

Since all of us living (hopefully) have lungs, there’s a baseline level of risk and is pointless to point out. We only mention at risk when there’s special factors other than “lungs” that increase our chance of getting a disease. By following this logic by simply being human you are at risk of diseases so the only way to not be at risk is to die
