Climate activist Greta Thunberg joined thousands of pro-Palestinian demonstrators in Eurovision 2024 host city Malmo on Thursday to protest Israel’s participation in the song contest ahead of this year’s second semi-final.
It is disgraceful that a country that is actively committing a genocide is allowed to participate.
Russia was excluded from the Eurovision for less.
Allowing Israel to perform has turned this into a Hunger Games Dystopia.
America should be excluded from every world competition then
I was there! Felt great being among so many people caring. I like in a smaller town and have been protecting every weekend, but were usually maybe 30-60 people. And it has felt like we were so alone.

And why was russia banned last year but not israel this year? Both commited/commit war crimes.
