Sorry, In-N-Out. I love your burgers, but I can’t make a responsible decision to eat at your restaurants if you’re proactively banning basic hygiene measures from being practiced in your stores. This posturing is little more than an empty platitude based on a backwards understanding of basic health and hygiene, and until they can understand that, they won’t have my business anymore.
I love In-N-Out, and miss their Animal-style burgers and fries, but this right here is the reason I haven’t gone to one since the pandemic. If they are politicizing this basic act of public health and hygiene, as they did with their refusal to enforce mask mandates while thousands of people were dying every day, then what other hygiene practices are they ignoring?
