    This is a useless position.

    Of course the primary issue is greed, but the job of policy makers is to physically limit the manifestations of that greed. If they could legally do it, corporations would buy and use slaves.

    If the government is allowing corporations to use immigration to suppress wages - then the fault lies with the government.

      All true but note that “government” here refers to the lawmakers, not the president and the executive branch. Media positions “government” as the president only when all these policies are enacted by lawmakers.
