Hey same here! I made a big batch of sambar last night to clear some veggies in the fridge and I’m remembering that I love eating lentils for breakfast.
I think today I’m gonna pick up some batter for idli and whip up some chutneys and have those for the rest of the week.
I pressure cooked them for like 6 mins then drained.
On the saute setting on the electric pressure cooker I threw in tomato sauce, frozen veg, frozen spinach, oregano, basil, salt, nooch and probably some other stuff??? Then pressure cooked that for a minute.
