minus-squarefreziklinkfedilinkarrow-up25·edit-25 months agoIn my state (Wisconsin), it’s considered a lemon if it’s no more than a year old and under warranty, and: It has a serious defect the manufacturer or dealer(s) didn’t fix in four tries, or It has one or more defects that prevent you from using it for 30 days or more (the 30 days need not be consecutive). Cybertruck probably won’t trigger the first clause, but I wonder about that second one.
