I had a similar issue, set a filter to forward all emails to their Sales addy.
It’s awful and annoying — not to mention often illegal depending on where you are — but it does happen and not just with Samsung. Recommend not spending more energy on this and just filter with emails
Off topic, but it’s so cool how we can view your Mastodon post from Lemmy, and reply to it.
I didn’t even notice that this was a Mastodon post until it was pointed out
