Enabling the lizard payoffs seems pretty easy in this set.
This seems fun in Commander. Every lizard essentially comes in with 3 +1/+1 counters on them, as long as everyone’s alive and doesn’t prevent damage.
I might be reading it wrong but I think the first one enters with one +1/+1 counter b/c Gev’s ability targets an opponent (not each opponent). The second one would be 2 counters assuming you hit a different opponent, etc.
Oh, you got it right. I think between reading and typing I swapped it to “each opponent” instead of “target opponent” in my head.

All future lizards come in with at least a +1/+1 counter, but yeah Bontu’s Monument does a great job of sending it into overdrive.
