Wow, this just seems like legal racism. Someone used the right to defend themselves in their own home against unknown assailants , and it’s their own fault their loved one dies. Really. Really? That was some mental Jiu Jitsu from the judge… wow… I already thought the justice system in the US of A was broken, but I was wrong. Its a terminally infected void of dark hatred, just trying to fuck over anyone as hard and as fast as they can, a minority incarceration machine :). Except for policemen and women ofc.
