Russia and potentially Vietnam could mediate between India and China, for example.
This could actually work because India and Vietnam aren’t historical friends with China. Don’t know really about India, but Vietnam seems to have been at war with China most of their history. At least they told me so while I’ve been there.
Yeah, but much of the recent relations are partly due to the 1979 war. Still, they seem more or less okay with each other.
