There is a difference between introvert and socially incompetent.
Yeah, this is social anxiety not introversion. I’m an introvert who is pretty sociable. I just need time away from everyone after a bit in order to recharge my brain.
I was thinking something similar. This sounds more like crippling anxiety if you can’t order your own food.
