The former environmental lawyer filed a lawsuit in Wisconsin on September 3, as he attempted to be wiped off the ticket.

But on Monday, Dane County Circuit Judge Stephen Ehlke denied the request to erase his name from swing state’s’s ballot, ruling that only death can wipe a candidate from the ballot.

“The bottom line here is that Mr Kennedy has no one to blame but himself if he didn’t want to be on the ballot,” the judge said.

Can anybody explain what’s going on to a non US person? I thought Vance was colisted with Trump. Can bad guys team up like that? This shit is more confusing than your wrestling shows at this point…

Vance is together with trump running as his second. Kennedy was an independent running against trump and then joined him, but didn’t file his withdrawal soon enough so he’s still on the election ballot as an option running against trump. Basically, you can vote for him in a few states which might keep his followers from swapping with him and costing the conservatives the state.

Right! RFK has announced he’s not in the race anymore, but in practice he still is, here. That makes more sense, thanks!
