Democratic nominee says she accepted an invitation from CNN to debate Republican rival, who said it was ‘too late’

Kamala Harris laid down another challenge to Republican rival Donald Trump to meet her for a second debate before November’s presidential election, telling supporters in New York that her opponent “seems to be looking for an excuse” to avoid a second confrontation.

On Saturday, the vice-president and Democratic nominee said she had accepted an invitation from CNN to debate the former president, but Trump said it was already “too late”.

In her remarks at a New York fundraiser, Harris doubled down in her taunting of Trump over the issue, saying: “I think we should have another debate.”

Doubt. He barely knows what day it is. Everything he says is his truth.

His stock lost 17% the next day. What was his stock, $1b or something?

Every day he doesn’t debate her is another day he can keep selling stock at a better price.

All he has to say is that he’s winning. His supporters eat that up

He is a coward. He got off easy with Biden taking the attention away from him, but at the Harris debate, his stupidity and ignorance was on full display for everybody to see. He would embarrass himself again and he knows it.

She should get the air time even if Trump is too much of a coward to show up. Let him seethe about it.

I think October 23rd would be an ideal date to organize anyone with a non-disclosure agreement with Trump to break that agreement en masse and share all the details of what he doesn’t want the public to know.

It’d be great fodder for the news cycle leading up to Election Day and I doubt Trump has the resources to legally pursue so many people for NDA breaches at the same time.
