There’s a used Xbox one X for sale locally and I’m curious if y’all think it would be worth it in 2023?

I currently play Game Pass games on my very capable PC and on my tablet, and I don’t own any physical Xbox games. I’m wanting a device that will let me play on my TV in a room that isn’t close to my PC. Although, I eventually plan on running an HDMI over Cat6 cable to connect my PC to the TV.

I tried using the web browser on my tv for game pass, but the lag was terrible.

So now I’m considering buying this cheap Xbox one X to help me solve this problem.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Is this like the older Xbox X or the series X? If it’s the older one, you’ll have a large back catalog of games to plant but it’s worth noting that a lot of games going forward are only being made for the Series a and Series x xboxes. How much are you thinking of paying for it if you don’t mind me asking?

Yes, all cloud games work on Xbox one (and many other devices…) making it a great choice still. I have an old Xbox one with a busted power supply, and I don’t know how to get rid of it lol.

The S is great, but I kinda wish I had the X just so that rocket league would look better. The S runs it at 120FPS, but like 700p. Yikes.
