It was very much an Al Jean run episode for better or worse. I’m not familiar enough with White Lotus to say if was a good parody or not.
It was definitely a parody of White Lotus, but also just based on someone who saw it once a few years ago and sorta remembers what it was about.
No deep cuts, sort of a spoiler free parody.
Well that was an odd episode. It didn’t really follow a traditional Simpsons episode, they just sort of explored a White Lotus parody. Also the timeshare flashback went on for a while. Also what a waste of Sideshow Bob.
Not my favorite.
