She is an entrepreneur, she has succeeded in male-dominated markets, and she has extremely strong will / opinions.

I think she definitely ticks all the boxes.

And since you brought it up, the post that got her fired, is ironic. She was talking about the themes of society turning neighbors against each other and dehumanizing each other as a lesson we should take and apply to our daily lives… And she has in turn been dehumanized…
