Got to a settlement that had lots of kids running around even though the majority of the adults were gay/lesbian couples. After asking some questions we learned that they all can change sex almost at will. When partners want to have a child they just pick who has the inny and who the outy.

Not a big deal but I thought it was pretty cool. Same DM had us go on a quest were we ended up unionizing a brewery and killing a ton of scabs and the dragon they worked for.
