Liberals absolutely did this and not just to Muslims. Over the past year I can’t count how many times I got accused of wanting a gay, trans, Latin, etc genocide here in America because I didn’t want a genocide in Palestine.
I was outright told my choices were an American minority genocide plus Palestinian genocide, or just the one in Palestine. What they never even suggested is that is that if these are our only options, there should be riots, not voting. Instead they browbeat leftists by saying Trump will be a Double Zionist or something.
This is the same feeling I get back when liberals were rabidly in favor of the Iraq War, then after Bush got re-elected suddenly they all flipped to opposing it. They wanted Bush to win, or at least someone kinda like Bush (Kerry), so they could still peddle their controlled opposition garbage.

Pretty much, anyone with sense can tell. Honestly just another reason I hate (these kinds of- establishment) libs even more than “honest” fascists nowadays, at least the latter actually believes on some level in the garbage they spew, for libs it’s just plain malice/“”“disciplining”“” their slaves.
Fascists have the fundamental kernel of truth of identifying real problems sometimes. Like “the store is out of toilet paper and I’m running out of bibles”, the problem with them is their solutions are all “exterminate the brutes”. Which is bad and I dont want to deal with even when I’m not one of the brutes. Also it doesn’t solve basically any problem, and now you’ve got partisans and lots if digging to do.
Libs are less violent; they’re kind of all chicken shit and dont actually go after victims without institutional power, but they can not see problems, and trying to make them do so registers as violence because it kills the vibes.
Both are equally large problems, but its the difference between a man with a gun and doing lines of asbestos. Preferring the man with the gun is perfectly valid; both will kill you, both could make it very ugly.

liberal politicians sure, average liberals, not as much, of course there are ghouls out there, but the average Kamala voter (redditors and twitter users are not representative of the average Kamala voter) who voted for her for abortion etc. are not excited about mass deportations, the party is tailing their voters heavily to the right on this, although I don’t think this random twitter account is coming at this from that perspective.
